Home delivery in mainland Spain
We have a 24-hour service. The company used for these destinations is Correos Express.
Cost €1.99 up to 2 kg.
Camp Base Experience SL guarantees delivery to the carrier on the same day the order is placed, provided it is placed before 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time) and on working days.
Please note that for orders paid by bank transfer, the material will not be sent until we have received confirmation of payment from our bank (or with proof of payment sent by the buyer).
In the case of the purchase of skis, their assembly can normally be done on the same day of the order, but this will be confirmed for each individual, depending on the time of receipt of the order and the availability of all the necessary information to carry it out.
Some products, due to their special characteristics of weight, volume and size, may have an additional cost for shipping costs. This will be paid after placing the order and will be paid by bank transfer. There is also the possibility that in these cases delivery times cannot always be met.
Home deliveries in the Balearic Islands

In the case of ski purchases, this deadline may not be met, as they may require special shipping (maintaining, of course, the shipping costs). In addition, assembly can normally be done on the same day of the order, but this will be confirmed in each case, depending on the time of receipt of the order and the availability of all the necessary information to carry it out.
Shipping cost 16€ up to 2Kg of weight. If the weight exceeds 2Kg, the amount to be paid by bank transfer will be communicated by email.
Some products, due to their special characteristics of weight, volume and size, may have an additional cost for shipping costs that, at the time of purchase, will not be reflected in the cart and will have to be made at the end of the purchase by transfer.
Home deliveries to the Canary Islands
The company used for these destinations is Correos Express. The approximate delivery time in the Canary Islands is 5-6 days depending on customs.
Camp Base Experience SL guarantees delivery to the delivery company the day after the order is placed, provided that it is placed before 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time) and on working days. Otherwise, the order will be processed on the first working day after the day it was placed. Payment must have been confirmed.
VAT (21%) will not be charged on sales to the Canary Islands.
Some products, due to their special characteristics of weight, volume and size, may have an additional cost for shipping costs. This will be paid after placing the order via bank transfer.
Please also remember that in the Canary Islands the maximum permitted weight is 20kg, while the maximum measurements are: length + height + width = 200cm, with the largest not exceeding 100cm.
Customs fees and import taxes are included in the shipping price. Customs fees and processing taxes 22€. Total price with shipping costs and processing taxes for products not exceeding 2kg 38€.
Delivery times
The national delivery time is usually between 24/48 hours depending on the product, the destination city and the chosen payment method. This term is understood as provided that the availability of the service has been confirmed and full payment of the order has been verified. In the case of products not available at the time of purchase, our Customer Service will be able to provide you with availability information.
If you have ordered several products in the same order, please note that they may have different availability dates, in which case you should be guided by the latest delivery date. Please note that, in the event of unavailability of any of the references at the time of shipment, you have the right to cancel the order at any time before shipment by contacting our Customer Service at the following email address: online@campbase.es indicating the order number.
Shipping confirmation
When your order is delivered to our carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. In the shipping confirmation, we will provide you with the corresponding tracking number so that you can track your order through our carrier's website.
Damage upon delivery
Products are shipped in secure packaging. If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly apparent, without having to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage during transport or, in the same way, an error is apparent in the merchandise received, the customer must immediately contact our customer service line. Customer Service +34 935 62 12 25 or email pedidosonline@campbase.es , to request the return of the affected product or products and proceed to replace them with another in optimal conditions or, refund the price paid for it, as indicated in said email.
Likewise, if damage is detected in the product once the package has been opened, with the packaging in perfect condition, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it on our Customer Service line. +34 935 62 12 25 or by email pedidosonline@campbase.es .
Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, and to do so has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without penalty for exercising it; the consumer must be reimbursed for the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price paid for the purchase of the product, not including shipping costs, and all of this within 14 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user/consumer. In relation to the shipping costs for the return of the products, these will be borne by the user-consumer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not subject to any formality. The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary according to their nature, characteristics or operation, without this limiting their right to exercise it. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can fill out the form with your order number (to obtain a refund of the amount of the product(s) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the order) along with your contact details. You can send it to us by email pedidosonline@campbase.es or by post (by any means permitted by law), always within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. After this period, you may only request the return or exchange of the product(s) for technical reasons subject to the guarantee of said product(s).
You must return the product with all the elements with which it was delivered, without damage or signs of wear of any kind, and which does not indicate improper use of the item or anything different from its nature, to the address we have provided.
It is recommended that the product be returned in its original packaging. If this is not possible, the product's value may decrease. The customer will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the product(s) being sent, as well as for the costs arising from the shipment.
As long as the products are returned within 14 calendar days, without any damage or signs of wear and complying with the requirements established in this section, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
c) The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control.
h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods.
i) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
j) The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
k) Contracts concluded through public auctions.
l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
m) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
Return due to order error by Camp Base Experience, SL
If the product does not correspond to the one ordered, due to an error attributable to the company, the user must notify the company by email as soon as possible; Camp Base Experience, SL will bear the costs of collecting the product sent in error and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
Checking Returns
The verification and checking of the returned products will be the responsibility of Camp Base Experience, SL, which, once at its facilities, will verify that they have been received in compliance with all the requirements established in section 9.1. If any of the elements are missing, we will notify you in writing via email indicating the missing content.
