ORDER

Is the desired item available in a certain color/size?

You can see immediately in our online shop whether an item is available. When you select the colour and size, we will show you directly which variant of the item is still in our warehouse. To do this, simply select the desired variant.

I can't find the item I'm looking for in the shop. Can you order it?

Of course, we will do our best to find what you need if we can. Contact comercial@campbase.es or through our contact form , we will look for your product and if we can get it, we will offer it to you at a very competitive price.

I need a personalized offer for a club, association, company, school... What should I do?

We will be happy to make you an individual offer. It is best if you specify the exact items with the desired quantity, size and variant to comercial@campbase.es . It is also important to include your complete details such as: first name, last name, association/company name, street, postcode, city, email, telephone number and contact person. We will get back to you shortly.

I have received an item that does not correspond to my order. What should I do now?

If, despite our careful quality control, you have received a wrong product, we will naturally exchange it immediately or refund the amount paid. Please return the item to us and send an email to online@campbase.es indicating the problem you have had. We will naturally cover the shipping costs by sending a carrier to collect the item.

I'm having trouble placing my order. How can I get help?

Can I modify/cancel my order later?

We can only cancel your order up to a certain point in the packaging and shipping process. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Please note, however, that your order will be ready for dispatch a few hours after it has arrived to us. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

How can I pay?

The payment methods available for your purchase will be displayed during the ordering process. You can find out more in the "Payment methods" section.

Can I fax or email the payment receipt to expedite shipping?

We naturally understand that you want to receive your package as soon as possible. However, we cannot speed up the shipping process, even if you provide us with a receipt of payment.

Where do I find my invoice?

You will receive a simple purchase receipt with your order. If you need an invoice, please contact online@campbase.es to request one and we will send it to you by email.

What is the card security code when paying with a credit/debit card?

The security code is located on the back of your credit/debit card, next to the signature box.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Has my order already been shipped?

On the day of shipment, you will receive an SMS to the mobile number you registered with the tracking of your order, where you will be able to see how the transport of your order is going at all times.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship your package within a few hours of receiving your order (on working days). During promotional periods (sales phases), shipping may be slightly delayed. Please also note that our logistics department is closed on the weekend and orders received on Friday afternoon may be processed on Monday. If your order indicated a longer delivery time when placing it, please take into account the days indicated at the time of placing the order and that these are working days.

To which countries do you ship orders?

For now only to Spain. If you need a special shipping, please contact us.

What is the cost of shipping?

The amount of shipping costs depends on the destination of the package and will be indicated in the payment process when indicating the shipping address. For orders up to 2kg in mainland Spain it is €1.99. For the rest of the options, consult "Shipping and returns"

What should I do in case of damage caused during transport?

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure it is complete and in good condition and refuse to accept it if you notice any visible damage.

If this is not possible, please take photos of the damage and save the box for now. Then, contact our team without delay at online@campbase.es or +34 935621225 . The damage must be documented as soon as possible to avoid the right to reimbursement being voided. By sending all documentation, you help us to assert our own rights against the carrier or transport insurance.

I am not at home during the day, can I receive my order at another address?

No problem: during the ordering process you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address. However, please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

I have placed several orders. Is it possible to combine them into one?

We process each order as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to combine several orders at a later time.

RETURN

Can I return items if I don't like them or they don't fit me? How should I package the return package?

Of course, you can return items to us if you don't like them or order them again in another size.

  • We voluntarily grant you a 90-day return period from receipt of your order. During these 90 days you can return the item(s) in your order without any problem. Please note that we only accept the return of products that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Be careful not to remove any labels attached to or stain the items. The products must not show any signs of use.
  • Please follow the return instructions that you will find within your order or in our " Return Policy "

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes. If you wish to return items from multiple orders or you have received your order in several packages, you can return it in one package. Simply place all the items you wish to return in one package, attach the completed return forms and send it to CAMP BASE C17 - C/ de la Bassa, 15, 08150 Parets del Vallès, Barcelona

Can I exchange items?

Direct exchanges with offset payment are not possible. Do you like an item but would like it in a different colour or size? No problem: you can simply return the unwanted item to us. You can then reorder the item in the online shop or via our Customer Service. You can immediately see on our website whether the item is still available in the colour and size you want.

How will I be refunded the purchase price if I return something? When will I receive a refund for the price of my return?

The refund will be made through the same method you used to make the payment. The process of refunding the purchase price begins once the package is received at our facilities and its condition is checked. The total process on our part once we receive the package takes between 4 and 7 days.
